Little Lakes Christmas Bird Count – Saturday, December 26th, 2021

This year marks the 122nd count nationwide and the 70th count for the area. The count date is Saturday, December 26, 2021. Birds seen during the count week of December 23 to December 29 may be called in to the leaders for inclusion in the tally.

We will walk the woods and mowed grassy trails of the 65-acre property of RBA member Linda Roca.  Hedgerows, fields, Irondequoit Creek, brushy habitat, and woods should be productive for thrushes, late warblers, and woodpeckers among others.
