A look into the lives of selected bird families touching on a variety of subjects such as how they have adapted to a variety of habitats, some that carry out unimaginable quests for food, a contrast of birds that are colorful and others that are not, and how their long past history is viewed today.
We’ll be looking for shorebirds, warblers, and other fall migrants in Greece and environs. Badgerow Park is a small area that offers good vantage points along pleasant trails, with the occasional surprise rarity.

We will be covering the events on the tundra leading up to the massive invasion, including courtship, breeding, and rearing of the owlets.

Sharpen your skills on wintering hawks and Short-eared Owl. Other wintering birds such as Horned Lark, Snow Bunting and Lapland Longspur are often present.
