Allegany County Breeding Birds Field Trip
Allegany County, New York 1000 Hylan Drive, Rochester, NY, United StatesWe'll begin our day along Rt. 21 overlooking Almond Dam looking for Bald Eagle, and possible shorebirds. We'll bird in Christmas tree plantations in the town of Andover for nesting Magnolia, Prairie, and Yellow-rumped Warbler and possible Clay-colored Sparrow.

Letchworth State Park Mt. Morris Dam Overlook, NY, United StatesThis trip frequently boasts more birds than any other RBA field trip: of course, it gets an early start! We’ll look for birds not frequently seen on other trips, such as Acadian Flycatcher and Barred Owl.
